In 1975, Dr. Vogel became the first Chief of the Breast Cancer Division at the University of Miami Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he also served as a tenured full professor and clinical director. His leadership and innovative approach at the University of Miami laid the foundation for a legacy of excellence in breast cancer treatment and research.
After his tenure at the University, Dr. Vogel transitioned into private practice, where he continued to influence the field of breast cancer through pioneering clinical research.
